Our patron is Jennifer Hardwick, widow of the famous footballing legend George Hardwick. Jennifer looked after George during his long illness and knows from personal experience how isolated carers can feel.

She says: " We recognise what a tremendous job carers do and we are here to help carers look after theloved one and keep themselves healthy."
